The 5-day food exposition named Thaifex Anuga Asia 2022 came to an end on May 28, 2022. As one of the largest food and beverage events in Asia, this year's exhibition received thousands of Thai and international visitors during 5 days from May 24 to May 28, 2022.

We, Silvera Food, take pride in having been part of this professionally held exhibition – an invaluable and exciting opportunity for us not only to launch our full range of frozen seafood products to global attendees, but also to widen our networking with many professionals in the food and seafood industry.

At our booth number N.39 within the Vietnam Pavilion in Hall 3, we discussed and connected directly with hundreds of importers and wholesalers from every corner of the world: from Africa, America to Europe, Oceania, and Asia. According to some of the importers we talked to, what interested them the most in our company is the possibility of making combined shipments where products of several types can be co-loaded, which they can hardly obtain from their current vendors. 

At the same time, besides those common farmed products such as Pangasius/ Basa, Black tiger shrimp, Vannamei shrimp, Red tilapia; we also brought in other less familiar, yet potential products such as Red pomfret, Snakehead fish, Anchovy, Salmon (imported from Chile and packed in Vietnam), Freshwater scampi, and Raw shrimp sushi topping. 

With all the values and business opportunities we have had from this exhibition, we are humbled and profoundly grateful to those organizers, visitors, and co-exhibitors – together they made this event a tremendous success and made it possible for resuming face-to-face business meetings and discussions.
